We offer an overnight mail order service to UK mainland with deliveries to your home or workplace. All products are freshly handmade to order, collected and delivered on your requested day between 0800hrs and 1800hrs. During COVID-19 combined with the end of year holidays, we have seen deliveries being made up to 2100hrs and some deliveries extended to 48 hours. This is completely out of our hands, unfortunately, but we will do our best to keep you informed.
We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect address details. As our items are perishable please try to be at the delivery address on the day of your order. Our drivers will attempt to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place (unless requested otherwise) if there is no answer and will leave a card but it is always best to have someone to receive them.
Unfortunately, we don’t. You can choose a by 1300hrs or by 1800hrs delivery. The drivers will do their best to meet these times, British Weather permitting!
We require at least 48 hours to fulfil your order but there are a limited amount of slots available on each of our operational days (Tues-Thurs). Once these fill up you will no longer be able to select these days for delivery. Orders can be made in advance, just select the date on the calender on the View Cart page. – Please Note – Delivery day are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only. It’s always best to do this to guarantee your preferred date before the slots get used up
Our doughnuts are in the best condition for up to 48 hours. If you want to preserve them for longer just pop them in the freezer in their box or an airtight container as soon as possible. They will keep for up to one month this way. Take them out an hour before you plan to use them to allow them to come up to room temperature.
They most certainly are. They have been certified gluten free by an external laboratory using the ELISA Testing method. You’ll be reassured to know that they tested below 5 parts per million for the presence of gluten, which is the lowest industry standard.
They most certainly are.
Yes. All our doughnuts are completely vegan. No animals products or derivatives are used at all.
Absolutely! We use coconut oil to replace the fat provided by butter in traditional doughnuts. We can sub this out for another oil or dairy free spread if need to avoid coconuts too.
Yes they are. Not that you would know. We hand-make our own apple sauce from scratch to replace the egg that is used in standard doughnut batter. If you have an intolerance to apples we can also use bananas – which make the doughnuts smell out of this world.
We use a small quantity of Dove’s Farm baking powder which does contain maize. If this is a problem we have an alternative that can be used that is maize-free.
