Just the good stuff

Our doughnuts have been certified Gluten Free to below 5ppm (parts per million) by an external laboratory using the ELISA MET021 testing method. They are suitable for those following a vegan or plant-based diet.‍

They are also, DAIRY, LACTOSE, EGG, SOY, SPELT and WHEAT free. Our doughnuts are made without the use of TREE NUT and PEANUT products but we do use SOY, HAZELNUTS and PISTACHIO containing ingredients in some of our toppings and glazes. We have strict protocols in place and follow the Food Standard Agency Safer Food, Better Business guidelines to avoid cross-contamination.

Gluten-free rice + chickpea flour (or buckwheat flour for low FODMAP), baking powder, bicarbonate of soda + xantham gum, gluten-free rice + chickpea flour (or buckwheat flour for low FODMAP), corn + tapioca starch, apples (banana for low FODMAP) Canadian maple syrup, sugar, salt and rapeseed oil.
